Matchbook Halloween Treats

I love this time of year when all the Halloween candy is out and as a crafter you can make some pretty cute things with it.

I have seen many a matchbook treat on youtube and thought I would make one of my own.

The cardstock was cut at 3” by 8 1/2”.

Score at 3 3/4” and 7 3/4”.

Pattern paper was cut at 3 1/2” by 2 3/4”.

Super simple and super cute!

Until next time…have fun creating!!

The Play Date Cafe challenge

Today the Mr. Cricut Crazy Design Team is participating in The Play Date Cafe challenge and Mr. Cricut Crazy is the sponsor this week!!!

Now I have to say I really haven't participated in many challenges but I have to say I had a great time coming up with a project using the following colours…..

Aren't these colours fun!!!  I got out my Art Philosophy cartridge and started to flip through the book when I saw the demonstrated project and thought it was a beautiful project.  The sentiment comes from Mr. Cricut Crazy's Friends, Friends stamp set which you can find here.  So onto my project…

Make sure to stop by The Play Date Cafe and play along with this challenge!!

Until next time…have fun creating!!
