Treats, Treats, and More Treats

I saw this post by Pootles and knew right away I had to make it.  It was a lot of fun and somewhat therapeutic (as most paper crafting is).

I took my paper cutter, envelope punch board and some old designer paper and went to work.

However, I may have gone a bit over board as here are just the ones that I am packaging up.

I am still working on the packaging but I will show you when it is done.

K is for…

My son’s girlfriend recently had a birthday while she was on vacation.  I wanted to get her a little something but wasn’t sure what.  So I got a gift card….but as a crafter you can’t just hand over a gift card….you have to dress it up a little.

I used the envelope punch board and made a custom size envelope.

Here’s what I came up with…

Super simple.

Mini Post-It Note

I saw this cute little post-it note holder by Pootles.  You can find her version here.  I didn’t have the size of post-it notes she had but I did have some small ones which were 2 inches by 2 inches.  I adjusted her measurements and came up with this.

Super cute if you ask me!

Live Love Laugh and Be Happy

This weekend I managed to get time in my craft room.  I loved the projects Angie made here.  I decided to try this for myself.  When I was making these projects someone asked me what shapes would I use to make some “handles”.  I decided to use the oval punch by Stampin’ Up since that is what Angie used. But I thought I would use all three of the punches so you could see the difference.  The largest punch I have is the extra large oval punch.  I believe Stampin’ Up no longer carries the smaller punch but you will still get the idea.

Here is the extra large oval….

Here is the large oval…

And here is the smallest oval…

Here are the three together so you can see the difference…

Triangle Treat Box

I saw this super cute idea from Stampin with Amore and knew I just had to try this for myself.

Isn’t that super cute?!!

I forgot to take a picture of the side of it….the side is what looks like a triangle.  It’s big enough to hold a few treats.

Just A Note

I love looking online for ideas.  This idea is definitely not mine.  I first saw Becky Roberts make these and since then I have seen a few others.  I thought it was such a cute idea that I had to try it myself.

These are 2 x 3 little note pads.  I used many of the Stampin Up punches, a binder ring, sequins, and rhinestones.  I still need to add some ribbon to the binder ring but I could make up my mind so here is what it looks like without the ribbon.

Christmas in July?!

I have been in awe of all the projects I have seen with the Christmas in July theme.  I haven’t been able to get in that frame of mind in July.  But today I thought I would give it a try.

Here is a simple box I made that could really hold some treats or better yet…..some jewellery!!

The box measures 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ x 1″.

You’re The Best treat box

Just a quick and simple treat box today.  The measurements for the box are 1 1/2″ x 2 1/8″ x 2 1/8″.  Just big enough to hold a few treats so you won’t feel guilty if you eat them all.
