Happy Birthday Shannon West!

For those of you that don’t know who Shannon West is….well I have posted about her recently.  You can check out that post here.  She started the #imbringingbirthdaysback movement.  Well she just had her birthday so you  know I had to make her a card.  Here it is…

The background is from the bonus stamp set from the April Paper Pumpkin kit.  The stamp set is Stampin Up Perfect Pennants.  I used the Banner Framelits Dies to cut it out.  I hope she likes it!

Until next time…have fun creating!!

Paper Pumpkin

There are Month-to-Month Subscriptions.  Sign up before the 10th of any month, and your kit will be ship around the 15th of the month.  It's flexible – you can suspend or cancel anytime.

You can also do pre-paid subscriptions.  If you subscribe to Paper Pumpkin you will then have access to previous Paper Pumpkin kits.  These kits are great for Moms/Dads that are at their children's activities.  You can easily complete a kit while your child is in dance class or during a hockey game.  The best thing is that it comes with everything you need!!

Click here to start your Paper Pumpkin subscription.

I have really enjoyed getting these kits delivered to my door each month.  If you like to paper craft you will love these kits.  There is something in there for everyone.

If you are in my area, I would love to create a night of completing our Paper Pumpkin kits together.

If you subscribe, please post your projects on my facebook page.  I would love to see them.

Until next time…have fun creating!!

Catching Up…

Wow…I can't believe how long it has been since I actually posted.  I keep meaning to sit down to post what I have been doing but obviously have failed to do so.  For some reason I kept thinking I would start posting at the beginning of the next month.  Then the most would go by and I didn't post.  Now the thing is, is that I have actually been crafting.  I just haven't been posting.  Sorry about that.  Hopefully I can change that.  I would love to have some help and would love to have guest designers for my blog.  If you are interested send an email to creativecraftcorner@rogers.com.

One of the main crafty things I have been doing is Paper Pumpkin from Stampin Up.  I truly love getting a box of crafty goodies every month to my house.  I have always been a big fan of Stampin Up products so this was really fun.  Every month you get a surprise delivered to your door.  I love making the projects that come in the box but I also love taking those supplies and creating other projects.  If you receive Paper Pumpkin I would love to see what you are making….send me a picture or link to your project.  Now because I love Stampin Up so much and I already receive Paper Pumpkin every month I decided to join Stampin Up.  Stampin Up has a 3 month special for Paper Pumpkin on right now and if you are in Canada you can check it out here.  If you choose the 3 month Paper Pumpkin you can also earn a free Sale-A-Bration item.  For other Stampin Up products you can go to my website here….but please remember you do have to be in Canada to order.

I also wanted to welcome all the new crafters who have liked my Facebook page.  I cannot believe how many people have gone to my page and hit "like" when there has been zero new content.  So welcome and thank you.

So my new plan is to try and get some new content on my blog in the very near future.  Luckily, I did manage to take some pictures of the projects I have made.

Until next time…have fun creating!!

Pencil Holders

I wanted to make a little package for a couple of children that are going back to school soon.  Here is the first item I made.  Please note that I got this idea from Anna at Sassy & Sweet.  I thought it was so super cute that I had to try it for myself.  Here's my take on her pencil holder…

Super simple and super cute projects!!!  I love how these turned out.  Now to add pencils!!

Until next time…have fun creating!!
