Just a cute and simple card tonight. I had a "fun" trip to the dentist to fix a tooth I chipped and just wasn't feeling the mojo tonight. However….I am happy with this card.

I wanted to make a little package for a couple of children that are going back to school soon. Here is the first item I made. Please note that I got this idea from Anna at Sassy & Sweet. I thought it was so super cute that I had to try it for myself. Here's my take on her pencil holder…
Super simple and super cute projects!!! I love how these turned out. Now to add pencils!!

This is the big project I have been working on. I was asked by a very close friend to make a Certificate for a Renewal of Marriage Vows. Talk about pressure!!!!!! I was more than happy to do it but didn't want to mess it up. This couple have been married for 25 years!
After finding out the colours they were using I went to work. I wanted to keep it simple but elegant. Here's what I came up with….

Welcome to the SURPRISE Baby Shower!!
It's a surprise baby shower for our Mr. Cricut Crazy design team sister, Heather!!! Heather is having a baby boy who will be named Graham and he's due on April 4th. Our design team wanted to surprise her with a little baby shower and since we couldn't all be there in person we decided to take the party to her through this blog hop.
You should have arrived from the oh so talented Michele.
If you haven't already make sure you start at the beginning of this great blog hop with Tanner aka Mr. Cricut Crazy.
For my project I decided to use the Sugar & Spice Cricut Lite Cartridge for the cute giraffe. The sentiment comes from My Creative Time's Teeny Tag Greetings.
Your next stop is the newest design team member Jamie.
If you get lost along the way here is the line up….

For my project I used the Sophisticated, Campin' Critters and Kate's ABCs Cricut Cartridges.
I like to try to challenge myself and use all three cartridges in one project so others are able to get an idea of different ways to use multiple cartridges together. I also like to use my gypsy to lay everything out to see if my ideas will work or not.
The base of the card is from the Campin' Critters Cartridge and it's the sign feature on page 51. I cut this out at 3.71". The next layer is the sign layer which is also cut at 3.71".
The wording "Friends" comes from the Sophisticated Cartridge. I used the base/shadow feature to cut out "friends" at 1.24". I also cut out the phrase feature at 1.24".
Next comes the cute little kittens….they are from Kate's ABCs Cartridge. I cut out the kittens and all the layers at 2.53".
Here is the finished project!!!
Next you should go to Jenny R's blog!

Welcome to My Cricut Craft Room's Card Creating Sunday!!
For this card I decided to make a birthday card! I used the Birthday Bash cartridge thanks to my friend Tanner a.k.a Mr. Cricut Crazy. If you have followed my blog at all you will know that I love elephants and the elephant on the Birthday Bash cartridge is soooo stinkin cute!!
This card is a regular A2 size card. I cut the elephant and all the layers at 3 inches. The sentiment comes from Mr. Cricut Crazy`s Birthday Birthday stamp set.
Be sure to stop by My Cricut Craft Room to see what the other Design Team members have made for Card Creating Sunday!!
Until next time have fun creating!!
