Fold Over Bag

I really enjoy making “treats’ for my niece’s dance group.  This year I haven’t done it enough.  Here’s a quick little fold over bag that I did for the girls.  I know it’s not their dance group colours but I am sure they will forgive me this time.

I got this super cute idea from Pootles…aka Sam.  You can see her video here.

I seem to be quite the hoarder when it comes to craft supplies.  So I made sure that I dug out some things that I have held onto for awhile.

Do you hoard craft products too?

Until next tme…have fun creating!!

Happy Stamper

Hello out there!

Sorry for the absence.  I didn’t plan to be away so long this time.  Unfortunately, I got quite sick which lasted over six weeks.  In fact, I am still dealing with a couple of things from the illness.  Just when I was getting better my daughter had a beautiful baby girl.  She is absolutely beautiful!!!  Now, I have been busy crafting but I have not been posting.  Why you ask?  Well I have debated if I want to keep the website up and running.  It is still something I am debating…but for now here I am.

This past weekend I went to Stampin’ Up Onstage in Toronto.  It was awesome!!!  I would be a demonstrator just to go to Onstage.  Now I love Stampin’ Up products so being a demonstrator and getting a discount is a no brainer.  Here’s a project I made for our table of fabulous women…

The rest of these I gave to the Stampin’ Up staff for Onstage.  I wanted them to get a little something too.  I forgot to take a picture of them but luckily Stampin’ Up Canada posted them on their Facebook page.

Until next time…have fun creating!!!

Just For You Treat Bag

I always enjoy making some sort of “treat holders” for basically anyone.  I am lucky enough to have a niece that is in a dance group.  So I make treats for her group every now and then.

This year we did not have as many kids for Halloween as we usually do…..so treats for the dance group.  Here’s what I came up with…

You Deserve A Break!

As soon as I saw the sentiment, I knew exactly what I wanted to include with it.  When I think of break….I think of Kit Kat.  Those commercials just stick with you.  Here’s a quick and simple treat I made…

Coffee Break

After Halloween the last thing people want to see is candy/chocolate…but I actually have left overs this year.  Here’s a quick and simple treat to “dress up” the candy/chocolate.

Happy Halloweeny!

I love it when I get time to just play with all the fun crafty “stuff”.  I really enjoy making 3D projects that hold treats of some kind.  This holds a fun size treat.

I have to say I was pretty happy with how it turned out.

Matchbook Candy Treat

At the gender reveal party I wanted to come up with another “take away” for people that didn’t want the popcorn.  I came up with this matchbook candy treat.

Ready To Pop

Last weekend we had a gender reveal party for my daughter and her boyfriend.  Since no one knew (not even me) what the gender was I decided to make some pink and blue popcorn boxes.

I used the Popcorn Box Thinlits Dies and the Ready To Pop Stamp Set.  You can get the dies and the stamp set in a bundle here.

I think they turned out super cute and to top it off my daughter loved them.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We just finished our Thanksgiving weekend.  I am stuffed.  This weekend I not only had Thanksgiving but we also had a birthday in our house and we did a gender reveal party for my daughter.  We also had a birthday on the Thursday.  Can you say busy!!!

I did manage to do a fair bit of crafting though.  Here is what I made for the Thanksgiving dinner guests….

For You

I have had a kit from Stampin’ Up called the Perfectly Wrapped Project Kit for some time now.  You can find it here.

I decided to make the smaller box, add some treats and take it to a girls night dinner.

I was impressed with how they turned out.
