I’ve seen many variations of this online and thought it might be cute to make one for my granddaughter’s daycare provider.
Cute eh?

I was fortunate enough to be ask by my good friend to help make some “take away treats” for her parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. Needless to say I was more than happy to help. She on the other hand…lol…offered to help and thought it would take an hour or so.
We made 72 of these…
I hope they liked them.

Family Day weekend we celebrated my granddaughter’s first birthday. Hard to believe she’s one years old already.
I made some simple treats for the people who came to celebrate with us.

Hello everyone…
I have been busy doing a lot of purging lately. Trying to get rid of some of the “stuff”. I have managed to get some crafting time but haven’t been sharing.
I have done a lot of thinking about keeping this blog going. I still don’t know what I am going to do. While crafting for me has always been something that I enjoyed, I am not sure about spending the extra time and money to keep the blog going. I do have a page on Facebook which I can share my project there for free. I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Should I keep the blog or just go with a Facebook page?
Anyways, on to my project. It’s a simple one today. I got the idea from The Paper Pixie on YouTube. Super simple and super cute!!
It holds one peppermint.

Here’s a cute little box I made using the fun size stitched bow and the stitched square box die from My Creative Time.
What have you made recently?

I was going through my stamp collection and came across the Encouragement stamp set from Jaded Blossom and knew exactly what I wanted to use it for.
I made these simple treat bags for my niece’s dance group. Just a little pick-me-up when they go to their next competition.

I forgot to share some of the other Halloween treats I made. Here are some Gable boxes I made using the die from Jaded Blossom…
Here are some bats I made using a die from My Creative Time…
Here are a couple of others I made…
I have to admit I do enjoy making 3d items to hold some sort of treat.

My son asked me to make something for someone in his summer camp program. I was not given many details but here’s what I came up with.
I think it turned out pretty good.

Here’s a super cute gift I made for a friend’s daughter. Nothing too fancy, but that is what I like about it. I used the Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlits Die which you can find here. Now this item is retiring from Stampin’ Up. Hopefully there is still stock left by the time this posts.
I was lucky enough to attend the Stampin’ Up Onstage in Toronto and I cannot wait for you to see some of the new products. If you are in Canada and do not have a demonstrator and would like the new catalogue when it becomes available, please send me an email and I will make sure you receive one.
Until next time, have fun creating!!
