All Wrapped Up

I decided to package up the treats for the people that work with my daughter….word on the street is that they love treats.

I also made a simple tag using Stampin Up punches and My Creative Time’s Sweet Wishes set.

I put about 8 or 9 of the treats I made the other day into some plain white Chinese Take Out Boxes with some shredded paper.

Happy Birthday Purse!?

When I made my  Happy Birthday Money Envelope I decided it needed a little something for it to go  into.  This is what I came up with.

There are many of these types of purses all over the internet.  I did alter mine to be a little smaller.

Christmas Post-It Note Holders – How To

I have had quite a few emails and a few comments asking me for the instructions to the Christmas Post-It Note Holders as seen below…

P1010688

So I thought I would attempt to explain how I made them.

Cut a piece of cardstock 8-1/2" x 3-1/4".

Score the cardstock at 2", 2-1/2", 5-3/4" and 6-1/4".

Cut a piece of pattern paper 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" and score the pattern paper at 1/2".

Attach your pattern paper to the cardstock so that the 1/2" score line matches up with the 2" score line on the cardstock.  It should look something like this.

I used my crop-a-dile to punch two small holes for my ribbon to go through.

P1010700

I cut a piece of ribbon approximately 8-1/2", threaded it through the holes and tied knots on each of the ends.  I then used my ATG to add adhesive to the back of the post-it note pad and attached inside.

Next step is to add a closure of some sort….I used velcro.  Then decorate as you like.

I hope this helps you out.  If you have any questions just let me know!!

Mini Paper Purse

There is still time to enter the giveaway…just leave a comment on this post.  I will pick the winner tonight!

I decided to make a mini version of the Paper Purse I had done earlier.  It's a cute little purse that will hold some treats!  The base of the purse is made using one 6 x 6 piece of designer paper!

Paper Purse

I came across this beautiful purse and knew I had to try to make it.  I have made these before using a 6 x 6 piece of paper but these instructions used a 12 x 12 piece of cardstock.

Wallet Gift Card Holder

I have seen a few wallet type gift card holders online and thought I would make a couple.  This was my test run.  I thought I would try to make one that would match the purses I made recently.  This would hold a gift card or two or even some gum or thin treats.  I did make a couple of others that I will share tomorrow.

Another Purse

I thought I would continue with the purse theme and share this smaller purse I made recently.  This would be cute to hold some treats or 3×3 cards.  It's definately smaller than the last set of purses I made.

Also a few people asked me about my stamp I had made so I took a better picture.  I actually had two stamps made as I couldn't decide which elephant I liked better.

The circle is cut out with a 1-3/4" circle punch and the other is cut out with Stampin Up's Decorative Label Punch.
